Parish News to Know

 DID YOU KNOW????
The Parish of St. Benedict has a website. Here you can get information on what’s happening in the parish, as well as a copy of the latest bulletin. HOSPITAL & NURSING HOME VISITS
Please be sure to list Saint Benedict’s as your parish when being admitted to the hospital  or nursing home to assure that Father Kearney is able to visit you during your stay. Kindly inform the parish office if you know of anyone who is ill at home or in the hospital.

JOINING SAINT BENEDICT’S PARISH
New parishioners are always welcomed at St. Benedict Parish. Parish registration forms may be found in the vestibule of our church. Simply fill one out and drop it into the collection basket. Nothing could be simpler.

CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE AT MASS

In keeping with the sacredness of the
liturgy, please make every effort to turn off or silence your cell phone during the Celebration of the Eucharist. Everyone should also be reminded that Mass is a special time to listen and pray to God; it is not a time to be texting others. Thank you!

FIRST FRIDAY VISITS

Father Kearney along with a number of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, visit with the homebound and bring Communion on each first Friday of the month. If you or a loved one are unable to attend Mass and would like to receive
communion at home, please contact the parish Office (822-8871) to be placed on the first Friday list.
